A History of the Town of Acushnet, Bristol County, State of Massachusetts

I have to agree with the reviewer "Duster." I wanted a hard-bound version of this book but am disappointed that it is often too faint to read, especially the one page about my ancestors. It appears to be a scan of a scan of a scan which was then bound. What a shame. Why couldn't they print a legible to bind?

I saw an original copy of the book in the New Bedford Public Library years ago. This latest printing while bound well has pages with text and pictures that cannot be read. It looks like someone scaned the original books and printed from that. Very disappointing .
