prevents algae well
When the water gets over 70 degrees in the spring, I add the starter amount and then once a week after I shock the pool and I add the 1.5 OZ per 10000 gal and have not any algae since I started with it. Water gets close to 90 degrees in the south here. As long as keep up keep your chlorine and algaecide, I haven't had any issues. Second season using it.

The OZ in the title and the picture do not match... 72 oz vs 67.6 oz. Mismatched info.
Please be aware that until the seller fixes the title of this product, that it is not the 72oz size. You will be getting the 67.6 oz size (which is in the picture). So they will have to fix the website listing so that it's only the 67.6 oz size in the title of the product as well.

Fast working
Reliable fast working product that was needed after the pool pump stopped working in 100 plus temps and then lots of storms rolled in. Pool balance went south quickly and algae bloom took over. Product cleared it immediately in 48 hours when you couldn't see the bottom.
