As an older person, I am always looking for ways to improve my health. I found this product has reduced the swelling in my foot/ankle even though I take half of the suggested dosage. There's no side effects and is effective in reducing my swelling. I've already purchased a second time.

We changed from another brand to try these, & they have fulfilled the advertisement. They do provide extra energy, because they supply more oxygen. There's no taste, they're easy to swallow, & they are effective. There's a slight earthy smell, but not objectionable. As far as value, these are less expensive than what we were using, but we're getting the same benefits, same strength, & functions. We will purchase these again.

I love this. I'm on my 2nd bottle and I have more energy since taking it. It clearly helps regulate my bowel movements too. Can't wait to go to my doctor's appointment to see if my blood tests show more.
