Cheerble Smart Interactive Dog Toy, Wicked Ball AIR, E-TPU Material

We live in the Midwest, so there are plenty of winter days when our dogs can’t spend much time outside. I bought this to give them some mental stimulation and something different from their normal games of fetch, and they LOVE it. They chase it while it bounces around, paw at it, pick it up and chase each other with it, then when it stops vibrating they drop it and wait for it to start again. It will easily keep them entertained for 30 minutes at a time. We have several different flooring types throughout our house and it works well on all of them. I was also worried I’d constantly be rescuing it from underneath furniture, but that surprisingly hasn’t been an issue. It bounces around enough that it usually works its own way back out. The soft outer shell also keeps it from being obnoxiously loud bouncing around the house. After months of use, ours still looks basically brand new. I like that replacement shells are available, although we haven’t needed one yet. Our dogs aren’t particularly heavy chewers, so I can’t speak to how it would hold up with a dog determined to destroy it. My only complaint is that I wish the charge lasted longer, but I’m also terrible about remembering to turn it off when they’re finished playing, so I can’t put all of that blame on the toy lol. 5/5. One of our favorite indoor enrichment toys.

Got this toy after looking specifically for herding toys for my Aussie pup who is high energy. While the toy is small it entertains my pup for quite a while and is easy to charge. Also kudos that this toy doesn't make tons of annoying noise so it's easy to work while the dogs play with it. Good, sturdy material that can take quite a bit of chewing! I did experience an issue with the toy charging but Cheerble's customer service got right back to me and was able to swap out the interior which I really appreciate.

I have a 65 pound Aussie, SOUL and a 50 pound Belgian Malinois Shepherd mix, WILLOW who crave activity. Willow has a very high prey instinct and Soul is very curious and smart. I purchased 5 different bouncing balls to test and this is the only one that survived. I will say the cheeper plastic ones had far more action and one even had lights and music but they didn't even last one day. Size matters. The first & 2nd balls really engaged them but were too small. They had a lot of action and roll, constant movement. But, one bite stopped the party! I wish they made these larger. The third ball required batteries and it was by far their favorite with lights and music but the rubber nibs used to protect the plastic body fell off on the first run. I put them back on but they continued to fall off. The dogs cracked the body. I rubber banded it together but it just couldn't hold up. The fourth ball is similar to this one but it has a large recessed button to power on and change modes. I like it better because I don't have to unscrew it to charge it or power the modes. Unfortunately, my Aussie was able to bite the button off. I always supervise their play but Soul is the master of destroying the most advertised indestructible toys, especially if they have squeakers. So even though the playability function of this ball is less exciting, it is the most durable and a good size. I just wish they could ramp up the movement modes.

My golden loves this ball! (We usually use the green setting) we’ve gone through 2 complete balls and an extra shell. The first we tossed because we thought he peed on it. It smelled terrible! The next we wouldn’t let him take outside and it lasted longer but eventually the inner mechanical ball again began to smell, in my opinion, like pee. Not as bad as the first but very noticeable when it’s time to charge. The outside doesn’t smell. After a few months of daily use it takes longer to charge and doesn’t last as long after before it’s dead again. Unfortunately I think it needs replacing. At $40ish a pop (not including intermittent shell replacement) it’s adds up to replace every few months. He can get it apart every once in a while but usually only if it’s not put together tightly…I think. It’s not often. But he also doesn’t seem to try much.

This amazed us. For perspective, we're talking about a three year old white german shepherd who if he's in the mood, has and can kill a toy within minutes or oddly enough be gentle with furry balls and carry them around as if they are his babies. He's an odd duck. Anyway, since he was a pup, and to this day, he'll play and entertain himself, he'll grab a ball, throw it up in the air, then pounce on it as if it's from outer space. It's really quite cute and funny. Because of those two things I was looking for something interactive that would entertain him and confuse him....let's be honest, watching a confused dog is one of life's great pleasures. I tried two other interactive balls and they were crushed immediately. After reading a lot of reviews, people with german shepherds said this ball actually had a life span. I thought the third time could be the charm and ordered one. Well, I think it actually may be from outer space because he's obsessed with it and hasn't taken a bite out of it. He hasn't once chewed it or even teared little pieces off. The three settings are great. Sometimes he likes one better than another, then forgets about the others. I'll change it up to one he hasn't seen in a while and the whole game starts over again. He'll throw it up in the air as he does with his others, watch it and try to figure out which way it's going to go. And yes, he will pounce on it if he times it right. The size is perfect, it's heavier than your average ball but, that's what make it sturdy. I have to sneak it away when he isn't paying attention to charge it, otherwise he'll sit, stare and cry if he knows it's on the counter charging. It's a lot of fun for all of us. I'm so happy I bought it...... I say give this ball a chance even if you have a beast with killer instincts. I'm buying another for a friends 2 year old golden retriever granddog. Dog absolutely LOVES it! The material is somewhat soft so not sure if he is going to be able to chew through it (he's a 70lb pit mix) but so far so good. He played with it for over an hour and never stopped chasing it around. The color is nice and bright and easy for me to see (so as not to trip on it as it's rolling around the house). So far so good, will update if he does end up chewing through it.

My dog loved it he is a little Frenchie. Unfortunately it kept coming apart easy and my fenchie tore it up within a month I didn’t like how easy it come apart and that the little vibration hall inside can be easily swallowed

Pet owner with a high activity Yorkie pup. I needed something to occupy my little Furricane when I had to accomplish work in my home office. I searched the web for an automated toy and came across the Cheerble. Honestly I did not expect too much from something like in spite of the expensive price tag but after 30 days I am surprised at the durabilty, functionality, battery life and overall quality. I am sure the inventor and company will work to reduce cost because that will increase sales very quickly. Two things that I feel need improvement, these are not deal breakers by any means and I think they can be easily solved or upgraded. The first issue is the thread engagement to screw the two halves together. It takes about 2 minutes of fiddling to stop cross threading while my dog, now understanding how much fun the Cheerble is, barks at me relentlessly to give it to him. If there is a way to make the threading start easier please do it. Secondly, I hope that somehow the Cheerble engine could be upgraded to offer things like a fast rolling function, high frequency vibration, sounds would be fun, etc. I think that by paying this amount of money, that upgrades should be available to increase interest for the pet long term. The eTPU casing is very durable and having worked closely with the eTPU material I can say it is perfect for dogs that seem to destroy every other thing in the house. In summary, me and my dog are very happy with Cheerble and reccomend it to any pet owner that has a high energy dog that sometimes needs to baby sat in a a a way that fascinates them and tires them out. I hope I can see new improved editions coming down the road soon. Thanks Cheerble Team.

Item as expected. So much fun for my puppy - love this! Works well, stays charged a long time. Very happy & would buy again. I've had other cheaper versions which didn't last & were unsafe for puppy with pieces of broken plastic falling off. This one is very safe & so far indestructible! Highly recommend if you have a puppy who needs occupying.

I bought the replacement shell and it only lasted a little less than 2 weeks. That's insane for the price!!! Makes me sad since my dog really loves this toy :(

It moves, but not very much. Either I got a dud one or the movement is somewhat less than advertised. Yes it moves maybe about 3m and then stops and it bounces but only about 1cm off the ground at most. My dog is a Kelpie and this did not move as much as the advertising suggested in my opinion and she took one look at it picked it up and it could shake all it liked, she just carried it around and ignored it trying to move in her mouth. She got bored off it super quick, and it took along time when I put it on charge to say it was charged even though it was straight out of the box.
