I bought this Learning Pad for my child, and it has been a fantastic educational toy! The interactive design makes learning fun, and my little one enjoys pressing the buttons to learn letters, numbers, and words. The colorful flashcards are engaging and help keep kids interested. (Update) Finally heard back from support, they sent me a replacement that so far is working great! No issues with it. It took a while but they were helpful and now my kid can play with it! He loves it, cards are nice, hoping they get more and more available in the future.Volume doesn’t work. Pad doesn’t turn on and off when supposed to. Very unreliable. When it works my kid likes it but most of the time doesn’t. I tried changing to new batteries a few times and nothing.Sent an email to their support with videos of the issues, they never got back to me, horrible.

The media could not be loaded. I got the think academy Learning Pad for my 5-year-old, and he figured it out instantly on his own. He loves inserting different cards and interacting with the pad. Update: the company was kind enough to send a replacement and the new one has been working well. The learning pad itself is great!We got this for my 3.5 year old daughter for Christmas (so now we’re outside of the return window) and it broke within actual days of using it. Just no longer turns on. My daughter is very careful and did not do anything to break it. Would not recommend.

The quality is very good, and the children like it very much. Ease of use. Paper is much better for the eyes than electronic screens! No need to worry about the children's eyesight being affected by playing with iPad.
