This pillow has exceeded my expectations, and I honestly can’t sleep without it now. I’ve had neck and shoulder issues for several years, and this is the first pillow that has genuinely eased the pain and stiffness I was waking up with. One feature I really appreciate is that the pillow has two different height options built into the contour design. It lets you choose the side that gives you the best elevation and alignment. I use the slightly higher side, and it has been perfect for supporting my neck as a side sleeper. The pillow feels soft but very supportive, and the queen size gives a generous surface area. The memory foam holds its shape extremely well, and I had no adjustment period at all – I slept comfortably from the very first night. Since using this pillow, my neck pain and stiffness have improved significantly, and the cooling pillowcase is a nice bonus. If you’re a side sleeper or struggle with neck issues, the dual-height design and support make this pillow absolutely worth trying.

I have issues with pain at the base of my skull and found myself tossing and turning during the night to get myself comfortable. I have tried pillows with different thicknesses and materials to find the solution to this problem. I saw the great reviews on this and figured why not give it a try. From the first night, I slept through the entire night without waking up. 9 hours straight! I have never slept so well as I have been since using this pillow. It cradles and supports my neck so well and I wake up refreshed and with no pain. It is comfortable whether I'm sleeping on my back or my side. I didn't notice any chemical smell either, which is nice. Worth every penny to have uninterrupted sleep!

I've had a ridiculously hard time finding a pillow that keeps me comfy at night but isn't 200$ I've trial and error'd dozens in the last 2 years. I do need a new mattress because i think i have an indent which isn't helping the pillow testing. My problem is that i wake up noticing the pressure spots on my skull. so i hoped this would fare differently. This was the only memory foam one, and it was recommended by a friend. Not as comfy as a high end down fill. But it's better than the poly fill ones that squish into hardened lumps, but i'm not a huge memory foam fan. The foam traps too much heat for me. That said, this holds my head in place as a back sleeper and doesnt lump up underneath my skull. But its also a bit too high and my shoulders ride up on it more than i'd like. I do like the firmness of the side walls for when i happen to roll to one side or another. My head and neck did feel great for the first week or so. But what i end up doing is just rotating this pillow out every couple weeks as I try something else.

Absolutely amazing. I have C3 to T1 herniation and bone spurs that I recently caused further damage to. I never thought I would say a pillow, of all things, would change my life. My daughter has this same pillow and encouraged me to try it. I was experiencing a lot of pain down through my left shoulder, shoulder blade and arm. My left pinky finger is often numb. From the first night of sleeping on this pillow it made a big difference. My pain is not entirely gone, but has lessened extremely. I am beginning to get feeling back into my left fingers. I would recommend this pillow to anyone looking to lessen pain and realign their neck for better sleep. I have been a side sleeper for most of my life. As far as coolness, it does keep my head a little cooler than a traditional pillow. I recommend this to anyone experiencing similar issues, but more to those who don’t have issues yet to better align their neck and back for better sleep.

I can’t say it is the best pillow out there but it is the best cervical pillow I have tried. In fact, it is the second one I’ve purchased and have recommended it to friends and family with great success. It may take a few nights to get use to but the neck support is fantastic for back and side sleepers. I tend to start on my back and move to sides throughout the night. The transition is seamless with this pillow. I also appreciate the arm slots as I like to put my arms above my head when falling asleep. The ergonomics perfectly cradle both neck, head and arms in both positions. Each individual is different so I can’t claim you will get better sleep or not. For me personally, I sleep more through the night without waking up and adjusting then with a traditional pillow. I also have not experienced any new neck pain from sleeping with the pillow but rather less instances then before switching. A few other minor details I really enjoy is that the pillow perfectly fit a queen size pillowcase and unlike some other pillows, the top of the pillow is grey and not white. I’ve had white pillow tops and if you run hot or sweat, it will stain easily. That is not the case here. Speaking off temperature, the pillow does stay cool for the most part though I don’t believe there is any active cooling feature. The pillow comes packaged in an airtight bag so you will need to let it sit out for a few hours prior to use so the memory foam can expand to its full size. Don't be alarmed, it will expand and then it will keep its shape excellently. 2-3 hours is all it took. Overall, for the price this is a fantastic cervical pillow and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to make a change to their sleeping habits.

La almohada es muy comoda para dormir, tiene muy buen soporte para el cuello. El unico detalle es que dice tamñao KS, sin embargo comparado con otras almohadas KS es mas pequeña. Fuera de eso funciona de maravilla
