It started off working fine but after a few months the iPhone app which controls it stopped working. Thinking that it was an app issue, I decided to delete and reinstall the app.When I came to reinstall the app, I found it was no longer in the Apple App store.Googling revealed that the business shut down in July 2018, so the device is now no longer a security device but a rather expensive light bulb.

It's quite a cool idea but the bulbs are quite big and heavy with their battery inside

Plug into lamp, down load app, switch on and. You are off and working, simlple and effective. Not had a power outage yet, however, bluetooth works “out of the box” very easy and intuitive to use.

This timer bulb has worked out well, comes on and off when scheduled and acts as an excellent deterrent. The instructions are not exactly straightforward, but it has a couple of unexpected features which enhace that deterrence.

Awful. Unable to ‘hear’ doorbell which was one of the main reasons for buying. Very expensive compared to other smart bulbs. Returned.
