I bought this scale to replace a different brand that failed. The old one had me losing over 10 pounds in three days. I watch my diet carefully and exercise, but that was a definite sign of failure. Looking around I found the Vitagoods and it was far more feature packed than the old one. I set it up for myself, 6' tall and about 180 pounds at the time, and for my wife, 5'4" and about 110 pounds, as soon as it came. It has always detected who gets on it, no buttons to push, just get on and it sets itself correctly for the right person. The weight readings seem pretty accurate. I've compared them to the scales at the hospital and my doctors' office. As far as fat percentage, muscle percentage, water percentage and bone percentage I don't think there's an accurate, affordable, method that I have access to for comparison. I will say they are very consistent from day to day which does say something about the methodology used and the quality of the scale. If it ever fails, I won't hesitate to buy the same one again.

This scale provides accurate data on your muscle mass, body fat percentage and more. It's easy to program and use. Great purchase.

You have to give it a few seconds and works just as described. Tested with 4 separate adults, 2 male 2 female, and all received their separate data in the display, since the scale has individual presets available, and the scale appeared to register correct information on all 4 individuals. Do not loose the owners manual because the charts, needed to read progress, are in the owner’s manual.

Not sure if the water weight, fat % and bone density is accurate. But the scale works for normal weight.

I love that the scale tells your weight and bodyfat but the downer is how much you bodyfat you have on you it's discouraging. I worked so hard on my fitness journey to coming down to the bodyfat percentage of 40's is disheartening. But I look in the mirror I don't look like what that scale tells me. Go by the mirror not the scale. 💯💯💯.

Bought this scale to replace a scale that broke. It does more than just weigh. It weighs muscle mass, body fat, water weight and bone density. Would recommend this accurate scale to anyone who needs a scale that weighs more than just your weight in lbs. Also, you can set multiple profiles for different members of your family. Again- would recommend and its stand alone (which means it doesn't require a app on your phone to work.)

Easy to read and setup. Has a very sleek look which compliments whatever room you use this in. Would be perfect if you could integrate into the Health App to have everything in one place but that’s not a dealbreaker.

I bought this weight scale as I was looking to establish and track metrics on my workout routines. This scale gives you everything you need to know and has the ability to track more than one person. Very good for the money and the only thing I wish it had was a mobile app that I could use to sync the data. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to keep tabs on their progress.

So far the product has performed well. No complaints.
