These chairs are excellent! So happy with these. We chose the white/grey/wood colored ones and love the look of them. Very modern appeal. Also very comfortable and they were easy to assemble. They adjust in pretty much any direction you need. We can sit in these for hours! They even sent us free lumbar support pillows!

Looks good, but hugely uncomfortable! The seat is small and shaped to slope forward, so you'll likely be sliding off the front. Also, the seat's forward/backward placement isn't adjustable, and its bolted on under the slope of the backrest, so you lose a few inches of the seat at the back, forcing you forward. Poorly designed. These things would be ok, if it wasn't for the mesh seat, which isn't cushioned, it's just like a mesh hammock. The result is you have an uncomfortable, un-cushioned seat, sitting further forward than you'd like, and then also sloping forward. And yes, I've played around with all the various adjustments that the seat does have, which are around the tilt, the armrests, and height. They don't change this underlying problem, which is the shape of the "cup" of the seat, which is fixed. It's a shame, because like I say, it looks nice!Update: Thank you to the AMAZING customer customer service team here for helping to make some changes to make this chair COMFY. They send me a different base to swap out, were responsive, friendly, and importantly, FAST. 5 Stars. Thank you!

This is a fantastic chair. I've only had it for a few days now and am just learning all of it's features. It's a great price for a really sturdy chair.
