It’s great I love it worth every penny

When I first purchased this for my wife for our anniversary I thought it was going to be smaller, but I was wrong this thing is very large for a towel which is good because she even warms up blankets on cold winter nights she says it's one of her favorite anniversary gifts.

I thought only spas had these towel warmers, but now I have one too. I could put one in every bathroom. It’s so luxurious

The media could not be loaded. This might be my first Amazon dislike. I tried it out for a few weeks and here is the details. No matter how long you leave it on, the items are never more than luke warm. What does that mean? 30 seconds out and they are back to room temp. Because things don’t get super warm, though the basket can fit multiple towels, really only one is all it can get warm at a time. It’s simple to use as there is only a power button and a timer with settings for 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. I’ve tried warming things in all intervals and again, luke warm to cold really fast. The lid can be hard to close at times but there is a lock on it for safety. I’ll be returning because it has to defective or super poorly made.
