Chocolate Hit Breakfast Mix, Organic 400g (Iswari). Instant Raw Chocolate Breakfast Mix Gluten-free. Tastes like chocolate oat bran porridge! With buckwheat, chia, lucuma & flax seeds. Simply add water or 'milk'. Rich in protein & minerals. Light on the digestive system. Great addition to smoothies or just on it's own. Provides increased energy and feeling of fullness. Directions: Use 80g (approx. 5 tablespoons) of the breakfast mix with approx. 120 ml of hot water (or your favourite type of milk e. g. almond milk) for a satisfying breakfast. Mix well for about 2 mins. Why not add fresh banana, berries or sprouted grains? We recommend that you do not cook the breakfast mix in a pan - simply pour on the hot liquid.
