I just got this pan. I used it mainly for tortillas and pancakes. So far I love it. Heavy and good quality. It has not rusted yet. I have only hand washed. It is nonstick.

The worst Dosa pan I have ever used. Not worth a single penny. It doesn’t act like a non stick pan beginning from the first use. The Tramotina customer service is so terrible. Please do not buy. No proper heating Not at all easy to clean the stickiness Quality is sturdy but of no use since the food sticks to the pan & very hard to clean Not worth a single penny

Perfect for the value and the capacity is spot on and nothing sticks and I am not going to taste it but the cooking abilities are endless and it's heavy duty and solid

This 11-inch skillet is a heavy-duty cookware. While it's a bit hefty to handle, the ergonomic handle lives up to its description, providing a comfortable, secure grip and stays cool to the touch during cooking. I've used it on both gas and electric glass cooktops with no issues, and it works great on both. Though I haven’t tested it in the oven, the fact that it's oven-safe adds some nice versatility. The ceramic non-stick coating is visually appealing and easy to clean, but functionally, I’m still on the fence. Despite the non-stick claims, I’ve found that food tends to stick more than expected, and I have to be extra careful when separating it from the surface. Maybe it’s just a learning curve for me, but I was hoping for a more effortless cooking experience.

Heavy, well made pan. comfortable handle, good length to keep hands from direct heat.

Got this pan for making Indian rotis (similar to tortilla) and dosas (similar to crepe). Used it in on a glass-top electric stove and as instructed on medium heat. What’s good? - build quality - heats quickly even on medium heat - food comes off easily What’s not? - used it on medium heat but there are places where there is slight food residue. This burns and is very difficult to clean - when using oil, the same thing happens. Removing oil is even more difficult Although the pan works well, but cleaning it is needs a lot of effort.

Cannot clean this! Hard to believe this is Tramontina. Is this a knock-off? My other Tramontina purchases clean extremely well. The coating on this pan does not even look the same as my other Tramontina products. Soaking does not help. Have used this 3 times and it gets worse and worse with each use. Not happy with this purchase. Feel totally ripped off. Probably not going to purchase any more Tramontina based on this experience.
