Thick bottom, heats uniformly. Food sticks, because obviously it's not nonstick, but a much much better choice rather than taking in microplastics.

works nicely on induction. One small quibble, it has a depression where the handle meets the pot. It always keeps water (dishwasher) and dribbles across the floor when you take it out to put it away.

One of my favorite pans. Nice and heavy, easy to clean. Heats evenly. I use it all the time. The only downside is that it's non-stick, so you obviously can't get a fond from it. But if you want to fry something up quick, it works great.

I can't safely lift my cast iron pots/pans so searched for lighter cookware. This skillet fit the bill and is one of the best I've ever used. Excellent value for the reasonable price. Clean up is super easy and, so far, no food has stuck to this extremely useful piece of cookware. No more cast iron rusty spots to tend to anymore, either. Highly recommend.

We were horrified at what the non-stick pans are doing to our body. After that YOUTUBE VIDEO, we threw them all out. We ate out until these arrived. We cook only with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I'm 78. A proud veteran and concerned about my health. These quality pans fit right in!
