I've long liked this sort of 'broom-rake' for small chores in the yard and garden; picking up fallen leaves, shifting gravel back from the lawn to the walkway, etc. I've now bought an additional one since we've added a large, heavily shedding dog to the household. This rake is perfect for taking up the worst of the floating fur from the carpets so that I don't completely choke the vacuum cleaner. It's also handy for collecting up the dog toys from around the room, making tidying up MUCH easier on my back (this would have been wonderful to have when the kids were still tiny, too). The collapsible handle lets me tuck it out of sight behind the couch so that it's there whenever I need it. It even pulls socks out from between the washer and the wall.

Handle is too short even for a short person. The tines were bent. They are packaged in tons of tape so they looked good until I peeled that off. Great width perhaps good for others.

This rake is sturdy and works well in the small hard to get to areas. It’s great in that leaves rarely get stuck in the times. My only wish it that it expanded to the longer normal rake length so that I don’t need to bend over to get to some areas and also so I could reach more areas

I use this to clean debris from gravel under and around shrubs and other vegetation. I use it to reach above a 4ft retaining wall to clean. It works great with leaves, twigs, and even decaying plant matter. Extending it when needed is very convenient and does impact the sturdy feel of the rake. Well built, solid, easy to use, adaptable are just a few or the positives I can say bout this little rake. Perfect for my needs.

This is a great little rake!I needed a small rake for cleaning out my chicken coop. I have a regular garden rake, but the layout of the coop wouldn't really allow the large rake to get into the corners very easily. I thought this narrower rake with a telescopic handle would not only get into the corners, but would also store well.You just twist the handle to extend the rake and twist it back to lock it. It's really easy. I pinched my hands a couple of times, but then learned my lesson.It rakes up dirt, muck, and piles and piles of chicken feathers quite well.The rake tines are flexible, like on a leaf rake. And the handle is quite heavy. I was surprised at how heavy and well made this rake is. It's super sturdy and I hope it will last a long time!If you're looking to do some serious raking, you'll want to keep looking. But if you just need to get into a few corners, this is a great rake!

It is hard to find a hand rake that telescopes or has flat tines, and this has both features. It is perfect for cleaning up around plants on a hillside rock garden, where a full sized rake can’t get. I can extend the handle to reach areas that I would otherwise have to climb into, making cleanup much easier.

I bought it for my wife so she can rake the leaves around the plants in the garden and its the perfect size to do it. She also likes the fact that it is adjustable in length and its a steel blade. Its well made and i would recommend it if you have trees that lose their leaves over a garden this is the perfect tool for getting the leaves out.

The size is great but the telescopic handle is already not staying in the locked position. It is also a bit heavier than anticipated for me to use one handed for any length of time.

It is smaller than I thought, but it works great in small areas or when you need to rake between tightly lined up plants in a garden.

Looks like it`s well made but it has a tendency to turn out of position when I am using it. That is annoying and it could be a little longer.Good , but not quite.
