Freeze-dried organic raspberry powder is a wonderful addition to my smoothies and oatmeal. It would work extremely well for coloring frosting but I am not a big producer of baked goods (I'm much more of a baked goods consumer). This is great to have for guests or to mix up my morning routine.

This is a great product to add to your smoothies, drinks, yogurts or for whatever you want to get that raspberry flavor. This powder is made from organic whole raspberries that are freeze dried into a powder. Just 100% organic raspberries nothing else. I like using this product for a bit of taste and for its antioxidants. After I open the bag, I like to store the powder in a small glass bottle with a tight lid to keep it fresh and also makes it easier to scoop out.

I love freeze dried fruit, and this freeze dried raspberry powder tastes just like freeze dried raspberries. It's finely powdered and easy to sprinkle on things (lovely pink color), add to smoothies and meringues, or swirl into beverages. It's really delicious--I just wish there were a little more of it!

I've purchased a lot of freeze-dried fruit powders on Amazon and surprisingly few have actually been good or really carried the true flavor of the fruit. This one does. It's both sweet and sour and has the distinct taste of raspberries. I plan to use it in yogurt but obviously it can be used for many things and would be perfect in shakes or baking.This product comes from Estonia. I believe the nutritional yeast I buy also comes from there and a beauty product or two that I use. It is also USDA Certified organic and has no added ingredients and no sugar.

This tart raspberry flavor complements so many of our decadent treats. This adds another dimension of flavor when used to dust homemade chocolate truffles. We like to use cookie mold presses to make our own treats composed of crushed golden Oreos mixed with butter - roll in this raspberry powder and you have a festive red Oreo-tasting cookie.This is sourced from Estonia and is certified USDA organic. I like the versatility of this product for healthy smoothies and treats with the added benefit of being shelf-stable.

I've been trying to get more fruit and protein in. To do that, I'm having protein yogurt and smoothies. To make it easier, I often blend up fruit beforehand and freeze it to make fruit mixes. This is more stable than that and takes up even less space. I love how convenient it is. Making smoothies can be so much work, so anything to make it easier is something I'll love.

I've been adding this to my protein shakes in the morning and I LOVE it. It tastes great and I love that it's not overly sweet. Pleased that it's organic. Smelled fresh in the package and I'm thrilled that I got it. Love it! I'll be back for more for sure!

'Ösel Berry' which is the company name on the listing and packaging comes up NOWHERE in the USDA Organic Integrity Database. Since there's no other company name provided I am not sure how they're listing this, or if it's even been certified. It's not clear that this is really organic, anyone can put a label on - many companies do without actually certifying. That might not be the case here, but I can't locate any info on this company.I tasted a small portion and it's decent. It's just not for me because they ground the entire berry which means hard pieces of seeds. Tastes fresh, and it's easy to work with but I prefer not to deal with seeds.
