Update: Received a new chair and the new chair is perfect. I appreciate them fixing the issue timely. The chair came with many stains and was dirty. I’m not a type to send things back, especially a huge chair so we will attempt to clean it off. Clearly was used. These photos aren’t even all the stains/dirtiness. I won’t buy from this company again because this is really unacceptable. Only giving 2 stars because otherwise it’s a nice chair and the pink is pretty. Would’ve been a five star otherwise. I was going to buy the red one for my other child but won’t now. 😩
