After trying several different 2-in-one laptops, I have finally hit gold! The screen and the speakers alone blew me out of the water! I decided to buy a Skinz to cover it to make it even that much more perfect! It was not easy to choose something and actually be so happy with it. This is the best purchase I've made of computer equipment in many years. Buy one!

I like the computer; it has what I wanted; it arrived on time. But when I tried to register the warranty the day after I received the computer, it said the computer warranty had already expired. So either the computer was used or it was stored a long time and is old. Be aware if you buy from this company, there's a good chance you will not have any warranty at all.

My Idea Pad Flex 5 is only two years and two months old; two months out of Costco's warranty. The hinge is causing problems with the screen's pixels and pulling the screen apart.In the past twenty years I've used nine different laptops - this is the *only* one I've encountered with mechanical problems. This laptop is Chinese crap! Get a better-quality laptop! (HP has a better hinge system that runs across the width of the screen - and my wife's Apple lasted ten years.)
