Perfection
We do alot of camping weekends. I've been looking for something that is stainless steel and holds more than 64oz. Most of the options are set up for coffee - those tall narrow chrome cylinders. This one is more like a big Igloo water jug but it's not plastic! The locking lid works well. The side handles are great. The exterior plastic shell is rugged. The spigot is exceptional! The interior is easy to keep clean. The water stays fresh and cool for a whole weekend without ice. I'm blessed to have a natural spring locally where I fill this bad-boy up, and I never have to add ice or anything. By the end of a 3-day weekend in the summer, the spring water is still quite cool. This thing is great. No complaints. Might gift one to somebody in the future. PLEASE MAKE MORE OF THEM, VEVOR! They seem to be out of stock all the time.

Some Silly Design Mistakes
This could be a first-rate juice dispenser if it weren't for some really silly mistakes in the design. First, the good points. It does a really good job of keeping the beverages cold. The thermostat is hidden behind the left-hand panel, which has to be removed in order to access it. It comes from the factory set in the middle and really doesn't provide an adequate amount of cooling. Something like iced tea tends to spoil in about two days. After turning the thermostat to near maximum cooling, it produces a nicely chilled beverage with no significant risk of spoilage. It would be nice if an access hole were provided so that you could adjust the thermostat without having to remove the side panel. It is nice and compact. I have seen other reviews that complain that it leaks. This type of dispenser uses a weight on the inside of the tank to close the dispensing valve. In order for this to work properly, the valve seat must be kept clean. It doesn't make any difference who the manufacturer is, if debris gets under that weight it is going to leak. A handy trick that I've discovered is that if you coat the O-ring on the weight with a food-quality petroleum gel before you put the weight in place and after every cleaning, you will never have a leak. You have to be careful what beverages you put in it. If you are using lemonade or fresh orange juice, for instance, you really need to strain it first. Even a small piece of pulp can get under the weighted spout and make it leak. Now, the real reason for the four-star rating. First of all, the lids seem to be intentionally poorly designed. All of the other beverage dispensers that we have used in our fast food business have had a removable lid. They work well, are easy to take off and put on. For some reason, this manufacturer has decided to put a hinge on the back of the lid. They took a simple design, made it more complicated, and lowered the quality. The hinge is quite flimsy and of poor quality, and it's just a matter of time before it breaks. There is enough friction on the hinge to keep the lid open when it is upright or nearly upright in position but as soon as you start lowering it, the weight of the lid will cause it to slam down. Here is problem number two: the latch is garbage. As soon as it slams down, the latch flies apart and the springs pop out. You then spend the next 10 minutes crawling around on the floor to try to find all the parts and put everything back together again. All they would have had to do was eliminate the latch and the hinge and just make it a removable lid like every other beverage dispenser, and the problem would be solved. Next, we have the agitator. The agitator wraps around the silver cooling dome however, it appears to be purposely designed not to agitate well. The design of the paddle is such that it really doesn't do any mixing until the tank is about one-third full. There is absolutely no reason not to extend the horizontal paddles all the way down to the cooling dome. They just didn't. As a result, if the level gets much below one-third, your beverage starts to settle out. The next time I clean the machine, I'm going to epoxy a small horizontal piece of plastic onto the paddle to correct this, but it was just stupid to design it the way it is. This could have been a really great little beverage dispenser however, it appears that the guy who did the CAD design never actually took the trouble to use the machine that he designed.

4-tank beverage dispenser (10 L each)
The media could not be loaded. Before buying I checked the reviews and there were good and bad ones. I took a chance and it arrived in excellent condition. It works perfectly until now.Purchased on April 6, 2025 and working perfectly so far.

Dissatisfied
The dispensers leak. Replace seals leaks after dispensing liquid. Have to pull cylinder down each time to resolve after each drink.
