Missing parts, wrong directions, poorly constructed, poor design, I’m stuck with a faulty bike.

I purchased this adult trike for my wife. We assembled it but discovered that the chainguard was milled incorrectly, with the holes in the wrong place to attach to the frame. Also, the read brake cable came out of the box damaged! Called Amazon, they said call the maker. The maker said call Amazon. Amazon’s only options were to disassemble the whole (huge) bike repack it and send it back, or they would send a new bike with the hopes that the parts on the new bike would work on the previous bike, then send the new bike back minus the parts, or third, they would reimburse us about 50% of the purchase price, so we could go to the local bike shop to get it fixed. The local bike shops refuse to work on Amazon purchased bikes.Now isn‘t that mess. Typically, Amazon has done well by us. This time, I‘m very dissatisfied

Terrible instructions and poor quality materials.

If I could give this tricycle negative stars I would. From opening the box to the final assembly it was nothing but a nightmare. All the nuts and screws were just thrown in the box loose ! The chain was too short, the instructions made no sense and if I could disassemble it I would and send it back. Horrible waste of time, money and energy. !!

1. The bike had been returned, partially assembled incorrectly2. contacted seller, was told to return it, they did not carry missing screws3. Hard to shift.Overall, not a quality bike.

The bike came with screws and parts missing and it was a nightmare to put together. Don't get this bike, especially if you are overweight because the seat will not hold weight.

Part of it was bent box. It was bolts and ads were loose in the box. Instructions were not easy to understand after four hours is still not working correctly.

I would never purchase this is your looking for something sturdy.
