Birchall’s at their best!
This tea is fantastic, the value for money compared to supermarkets and other brands is great. This tea gives a great colour and consistency throughout the bags, no need for extra bags to strengthen my brew!The quality of the bags is great too, I don’t to steep too much for the full flavour to be released, it’s so easy to make a great cup of tea. 80 bags of tea heaven!

Not as advertised
They are advertised with a picture of a box showing them as the prism tea bags but the box that arrived were just the every day flat bags. Taste fine but the flat bags are cheaper than the prism bags.

Let Amazon know if you receive the non-prism kind
First, these "prism" Great Rift bags make a very nice cup of strong tea with plenty of flavour. A world away from cheap supermarket efforts. Much more expensive as well - but I would say definitely worth the extra.Secondly, like some other reviewers I have now received a non-prism variant of the same product - that is, normal teabags rather the prisms. This was for my second delivery: the first brought the prism type as expected. If that happens to you, do what I did and let Amazon know. They refunded my money for the non-prisms with no quibble. Be sure to let them know this is not an isolated problem of the wrong item being sent in one order. Clearly, there is a systemic issue here. A pity, as the tea is so enjoyable.

Proper teabags
I was in a restaurant 2 months ago and because I was driving I ordered a tea. I was served with these birchall great rift tea bags, tea was fabulous. Usually your early morning cuppa is best, and that's how they taste every time all day!

Not prism bags delivered
Advertised as prism tea bags, but ordinary flat teabags delivered. Different taste. Happened twice over the last four orders. Other than that, the prism tea is the best tea I’ve tasted, with a distinctive fresh and robust flavour. Please send the correct order next time. Great Tea
The tea is amazing. I used to buy this from Carluccio. The silk tea bag makes a huge change in flavour and brew.

Looks Like Supermarket Tea
Pity the tea bags look as though they are straight off the shelf of the local supermarket, although when it comes to the price that’s where the similarity ends!

Split bags
I am so frustrated have used about fifteen or the pyramid bags and over half have split open - not what I expect for this brand. It’s just not good enough
