I purchased this COSLUS ADA Accepted E40 Water Dental Flosser for my home, and it has been an excellent addition to my oral care routine. I have always wanted a more effective and convenient way to keep my teeth and gums clean, and this water flosser has exceeded my expectations. The 10 pressure levels make it easy to customize the intensity based on comfort, and the different settings are helpful for everyday cleaning. It is simple to use, powerful enough to remove food particles, and much easier than traditional flossing. SORRY SORRY SORRY! A TERRIBLE MISTAKE I MUST CORRECT—I DISCOVERED WHEN I CHARGED MY WIFE’S E40 THAT I PLUGED INTO THE WRONG CHARGER. IN OTHER WORDS, MY WIFE AND MY E40 STILL WORKS AND WORKS WELL. SORRY FOR THIS MISTAKE AND LOW REVIEW. COSLUS IS A RELIABLE/DURABLE UNITE! BEFORE I DISCOVERED MY MISTAKE, I DID ORDER ANOTHER COSLUS E50. NOW I HAVE A UNITE IN RESERVE. The new E50 comes with a 2 year warranty which is unheard of regarding water piks. The Coslus ADA lasted for less than 9 months. Worked great for that period of time, but now it will not charge. It appears to be made well, and the charge lasted for months. The price was also acceptable. I guess for $20 one cannot expect longevity. I may reorder The Coslus, but I will also look at similar products. My wife has the identical E40 and it is still working. However, I have just put it on the charger hoping it will charge.

Years ago I had a water pik flosser. I wasn't sure what to expect with this all in one unit. It is slightly bulky compared to holding a toothbrush sized water flosser but I have adapted to it. I like that it is simple to operate, rechargeable, has multiple head attachments, different intensity levels and 2 modes to choose from. I would buy this item again unless I could find the original smaller style at the same price point.

I’ve been using this device for about four months now, ever since my general dentist recommended I buy it. I typically use it after brushing and flossing; since it still manages to dislodge food particles even then, I feel confident that it’s doing a good job. Unfortunately, I dropped it while draining the water, and the lid attachment broke off. For the time being, I’ve simply flipped the unit upside down and am holding the lid in place manually, so I’m still able to use it. I really appreciate that it offers multiple intensity levels. Initially, I was using it on settings like 5 or 7; however, after seeing an endodontist, it appeared that this might have inadvertently deepened my gum pockets, so I’ve since switched to using it on a lower setting—specifically 2 or 3. I’ve also found that using the nozzle attachment with the built-in brush feels gentler on my gums, so that’s the one I’ve been using most recently.

My old Coslus flosser got damaged so I decided to get the newer updated model. I like the idea of being able to change the pressure based on how your gum health is. But even on max level 10 its really weak compared to the older model. It still gets the job done but I liked the heavy pressure of the older model and having the feeling of "yeah its getting in the gaps and cleaning"
