Poor looks - Portal photo of this product is misleading. No stainless steel frame, it's a Powder coated frame with coating peeled out at some place. Cushion and pillow are useless just good for nothing. Bought this with lots of hope but find it not worth the price paid for it. Also width is not enough for the purpose of this chair. It seems tight when we sit. The side handles are flimsy. Overall regret buying this chair.

Nil adjustments.
The media could not be loaded. The product is having only one fixed position is not given with other levels of reclining. Also the bed position is very low the elderly person like my father cannot get up. The changes are to be each time getting up from the chair and it is laborious.

Uncomfortable
This chair is uncomfortable and isn't safe for senior citizen , since the holder is very unsafe , it rolls back slowly, and it may slip and someone might get a jerk
