Bab Louie & Co.'s Bitters for Cocktails are a standout addition to my home bar. At 4 fl. oz., the Old Fashioned Mix, Whiskey Sour Mix, and Cherry Mixer provide versatile options for creating delightful mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. Made with 100% natural herbs, these bitters add depth and complexity to every sip. They make an excellent gift for whiskey enthusiasts or anyone who loves a well-crafted mocktail. My only minor issue is that the dropper can be a bit messy, but the rich flavors more than compensate for this small inconvenience. Overall, a great way to elevate your drink game!

The cherry bitters from Bablouie arrived in good condition and well-packaged with a sweet 'thank you' note so i appreciate their thoughtfulness and support for their product. We love to make cocktails in our home and have tried many different brands and flavors of bitters. Bablouie cherry bitters are excellent! There is a distinct cherry flavor, but it is not overpowering and definitely not a syrup-flavor. It is a complex mixture of herbs, aromatic cherry (almost an 'essence'), and a bit of spice towards the end. All of this in a 0-sugar, non-alcohol formula. We have made an Old Fashioned, Cosmos, and Manhattans so far and all of them have been excellent. My only suggestion for the manufacturer would be to open up the dasher cap a little bit - instead of 2-3 dashes like the traditional recipe calls for, i would need to use 5-6 rather aggressive dashes to deliver the same amount. We highly recommend these for the flavor they bring to the cocktails - however, the price tag is a little steep comparatively. I am looking forward to trying their other offerings though. This is a very nice bitters with cherry overtones. I used it to make an old fashioned and was very pleased with the results. It may tend to the sweeter side with the cherry, so you might want to adjust accordingly. I think it will go well with any cocktail that used cherries or has cherry tones. Nicely and solidly packaged as well--in a cardboard container with that accordion paper mesh surrounding it-- I really like that. Great product if you regularly make cocktails.
