This is an excellent substrate for L. Reuterri yoghurt. Adding to milk while stirring along with L Reuterri starter I found that the yoghurt sets in 16-18 hrs .. just one bit of info. Make sure you buy a good yoghurt maker as L Reuterri is very temp sensitive species. And some of the yoghurt maleing maches sold on Amazon say that they are actually temp controlled, the one I bought had only a show pony switch the temp was constantly above 42.8 Centigrade.

Very happy with this purchase! Works as expected in fermenting yogurt such as L. Reuteri and L. Gasseri. Tastes good if small amount is ingested for gut health in warm drink. A good amount of product for the price.

This brand of inulin is easier to handle than some others, as it is readily soluble in warm water. I find a teaspoon in water before bed helps me sleep.

I use this to make yogurt for my gut health very easy to use and seem to be good quality.

It is working fine. The powder is super fine and dissolves easily. I appreciate that the bag closes securely and it stands up, so there's little risk of inadvertently tipping over. I use one teaspoon in my coffee in the morning and mix one teaspoon in water in the evening. It has no discernible taste. It helps with regularity, and I noticed more gas as a side effect. I'm disappointed that there are no instructions for using this product, specifically regarding the amount of water/ liquid to dilute it with, so out of an abundance of caution, I drink extra water.
