I have been taking this supplement for about two months and I am very happy with the results. I have more mental clarity, feel less stressed, and believe that I am able to remember more things. In a nutshell both memory and mental agility have improved. Although it is difficult to assign a value to such improvement (and some of it might be cause by a placebo effect), I can tell you that I will continue taking this herbal supplement and see if the effect does not wash out over time. I am so happy that, in fact, I subscribed to get this delivered every three months via Amazon.The bottle has 180 capsules and to get the 2000 MG dosage you need to take two capsules daily. I typically take them in the morning with breakfast. There are presentations with lower Bacopa concentration per capsule but I decided to try these to see if the effect was noticeable, and thankfully it is. I could not find any downside to taking this on the internet. So far, there are no secondary reactions of any type. What else can I say? Just give them a try!

Got this recommended on TikTok from creator Nina Pool who “dupes” expensive stuff for more affordable alternatives. She called this “nature’s adderrall.” It feels like a big claim since I’ve had one of those before during college exams and felt uncomfortably anxious and hyper focused to a disturbing amount. (Maybe bc I don’t have ADHD so it was too much for me.) This didn’t give that effect. It will NOT take effect in one use like Adderall does. Its effects compound over time but within a week or so I felt more focused and motivated. I try to take it every morning. I feel a bit more productive and it’s not an uncomfortable wired feeling at all. Tastes sort of grassy or herby, so swallow it quick.

While at a BnB, I browsed their books and came across a variety of topics. I decided to try Bacopa on my mother. She had been wanting to try the many memory supplements on the tv screen, so, why not. Any improvement, I actually think so. I have noticed differences for the better in her after two months. What is great is although she has other medical issues, there has not been any conflicts.
