York Fitness 50kg Vinyl Dumbbell and Barbell Tubular Spinlock Set

I was struggling to find a decent barbell set, only seeing those connector types. So I held off from buying anything. I am glad I waited a short while for this set to come back in stock as it has been so worth it.The cost at the time of purchase was £139.99, and for that I got a barbell (about 66"), two dumbells, 6 x 5kg, 4 x 2.5kg, 6 x 1.25 weights, 6 spinlocks, 4 end caps for the barbells, 2 hand grip pieces, and 2 exercise posters.I've not had any issues or defectiveness with the set, which has been used for 2 weeks now. The seller, Sweatband, despatched the item quickly after purchase and chose DHL as the courier. DHL delivered the item within 3 days of shipment, and the set arrived in 3 pieces (the bar, and two boxes). Overall, very pleased!

I bought these weights as a second set, they do the job but the only problem I have is if I want to hold the weights individually as I have small hands, great for the price and I had a small issue with them which was sorted out very quickly by the company

Ideal for light to medium work outs at home. The one piece bar is a big plus as many sets are just 2 dumb bells with a connector. Collars are plastic but do the job. Overall good value for the price.

York have obviously undertaken a cost cutting exercise. The bar stops are now plastic rather than metal and the central grips for the dumbells are also plastic. For the price I'd expect better but the set does do the job though.
