I bought this maca root powder for the third time recently. I use one full teaspoon with most of my breakfast meals. It goes well with cold or hot cereal, yogurt, and smoothies. When I can't mix it with my food, I take it in capsule form. I marked it down on flavor because of its slightly bitter taste. Maca root boosts my energy and increases my stamina. I recommend it for those looking for these health benefits.

Many people buy black maca for the sexual benefits. My husband was looking forward for this product, for what I have no idea because I have no complaints in that department to begin with. But there are so many other great benefits of black maca which includes but not limited to muscle repair, stamina. This is one excellent product if you want to get back in the habit of exercising. I would buy this over and over again. My husband and I use it in fruit bowls or smoothies and juices, it blends well and has no taste with the fruit.

The media could not be loaded. I headed so many things about the benefits of Maca Powder so I had to give it a try. I received it really quickly thanks to my Amazon Prime next day delivery. The package is a nice large size-worth the piece. Initial taste was a bit nutty. Not bad I’m looking forward to see the energy boost!

I have been taking Black Maca for about a month Now I have really noticed a change in my Libido and my mood I think a lot clearer not as much brain fog I don't get up to go to the kitchen and totally space why I went there as much. Now that in it's self is a reason to buy some I have bought many products from Anthony's and I have been satisfied every time the price is better the products quality is just as good as the stuff that cost 2 to 3x more
