ADJ Products, Encore FR50Z, LED Fresnel Spot/Wash Light with Adjustable 8-50 Degree Beam Angle ENC846

Just unpacked my 50frz and to my surprise 3 pin dmx not 5. I wouldn't care, but I ordered from Amazon a 5 pin to 3 pin cable adapter. Theres 10 dollars down the drain! Amazon, correct your description! 3 pin dmx. Kind of confusing though. Even ADJ's combined description of the 50frz and the 150frz says 5 pin. That's because the 150 has both 3 and 5 pin. Their pic of the 50 is hard to tell if it's 3 or 5. Other than the pin mix up, the unit seems to put out a nice bright, warm light. Good for maybe 30 ft. Or so with coverage of say a 10 ft. circle. Nice soft edge without much bleed. Zooms down to a small spot way out to a wide wash. The barn doors fit nice and tight as long as you put it in the same slot as the gel frame. Almost no side bleed. Pricey, but looks like it's worth the money.

I received my LED spot yesterday and I needed it soon so I was glad to have it. However, it looks like somebody had already opened this product and repackage it back up. I looked it over and it doesn’t seem to have any wear on it, but I expect a brand new unopened product when I purchase it as “new“
