Navy E-4 Collar Device Rank Insignia

Arrived super timely. Beautiful medal and I am sure this will make my fathers Christmas gift special. He is a Vietnam Vet who has never displayed his medals properly. If I had an email for the company I would gladly send them a picture of the completed shadowbox my father, I hope, will proudly display
