Stays on through my dancing routines as well as all day. Doesn’t smudge at all and I usually have a big problem with this. As for peeler saying it dries out: I store it upside down and give it a minute like this to refill the tip between each eye. It does not dry out for me.

I've been buying these in wish for years. They dry out super fast but they're only like 2 bucks for two on there so no biggie. If you can't wait amazon is much faster. I have really oily skin and liners always smudge on me or flake off but this one is a winner. I can't say enough great things about it it's the perfect liner except for one thing. . It dries out sooo fast. Faster than any I've ever tried. Great while it lasts though :)
