Works well! Dumped it into the toilet and let it sit. It dissolved the calcium/lime and made the toilet look new.

Fast and Effective on Lime Build-up
We have a lot of lime in our well water. It makes the water taste good, but it clogs the pipes. CLR dissolves the lime in minutes. You can see it working. When the water comes out in a slow stream from my kitchen sink, I know it's time to CLR it. I use an old toothbrush with it. I let the faucet head set in the CLR for the recommended two minutes that scrub with the toothbrush to get all the loose bits of lime. I tried the spray version of CLR, but it didn't work as well as the original.

Works good when you lower the water in the toilet..and use a firm brush.

Works, but not the best
It somehow works, but doesn't remove the hard water marks by itself. You need to use steel whool for better results. But it srill doesn't make the surface look perfect.
