Its a gimmick. The oil is not coming out… the bristles are hard and causing hair breakage… its showing non returnable… I feel like crying…

Got a used product
Got a used product. Oil deposits were clearly visible on the edges and a few hairs were also caught in the comb. Raised a replacement request within stipulated window too but no one came to pick up. Now I am left cheated but a used product.

Exchanged the first one because it wasn’t working. The replacement stopped working in a week so I couldn’t return it. Not worth it
