Great taste
My daughter loves this. We kix it with milk, ice, and lactose free burgers vanilla ice cream. She says it's better than a dairy Queen milk shake. For any kid needing that extra protein this is great.

Disappointing – Tastes Bad and Didn’t Work for Us
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! I had high hopes for the TruHeight Growth Protein Shake, especially with all the claims about supporting natural growth and development. Unfortunately, it was a big letdown. First off, the taste is really unpleasant — definitely not like chocolate milk. It has a chalky, artificial flavor that my child refused to drink after the first try. Even when we tried blending it into smoothies or mixing with other ingredients, the bad aftertaste was hard to mask. More importantly, we saw no noticeable results even after using it consistently for several weeks. I understand growth takes time and varies by person, but for the price, I expected at least some improvement in energy, appetite, or sleep — but nothing changed. Also, the texture is gritty, and it doesn’t mix well even with a blender bottle. Clumps would remain, which made it even harder to get down. Overall, it feels like an overhyped product that didn’t deliver on any of its promises for us. Definitely wouldn’t repurchase or recommend.

Takes for ever to mix in. My children hate the taste of it and refuse to drink it. For picky eaters/drinkers I do not recommend

Kiddo loves it!
Loves the taste! It was very easy to mix up. We used milk but will also try with water. Really happy with this and all the nutritional benefits!

My kids didn't like it
Neither of my kids liked this protein powder I have tried several others and they usually don't mind my kids said it's sour bitter and bland and I tried to reach out to exchange to try the whey protein or just return for a refund and I can't even get that because they don't offer it.

I wanted vanilla C and C was sent chocolate. Other than that - awesome product. Would’ve been 5 ⭐️ if the right product was sent.
