I’m in the military and there are times i’m unable to charge my charger bank, so i’m interested in the solar part. how long will it take to charge?

How long can this be left outside, especially in extreme heat (ie Arizona summer)?

I live in California inland empire area, our extreme heat gets up to 109 during summer averages between 92-102 and I’ve left it outside roughly 10ish hours with no issue and my wife constantly uses it charged through wall plug in 0 issues from what I would say 400 charge cycles so far.
