Good set but not the most sturdy
This is a great set for beginners. It will get you going on resistance training. The clasp anchor things are really flimsy but they still work. I like all the different ways you can train with these.

Does not come with door strap
Really angry because the only reason I bought this set was for the strap that covers the full length of the door
