The whipper is the star of the product. Make excellent Lassi n whips up cream very well. The quality of the material is good too. However there should be added chopper/mincer blades at the middle n top level. This would help in chopping the vegetables of more consistent sizes.

Very good blender, the stem can be detached and washed separately from the motor, so no risk of water seeping into motor and blades can be washed in dish washer. Very happy with the hand blender. Using it for now 6 months no problem till date.

Good product

I purchased the Inalsa Hand Blender Robot Inox 1500 Step-Up on 23rd July 2025, and I regret buying it. Yesterday, I used the blender jar for the very first time, and shockingly, the jar did not work at all. The gear inside the jar was already broken before any real use. For a product that costs ₹3000, this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When I raised a complaint, the customer service representative from Inalsa informed me that this issue is NOT covered under warranty because the jar is “plastic” and the gear is broken. How can something break during first use and still not be covered under warranty? This makes the warranty feel completely useless. They further told me I need to buy a replacement jar lid containing the gear for around ₹500, which just adds to the frustration. This whole experience has made me feel that Inalsa products are of very poor quality, and the after-sales service is even worse. I expected reliability and customer support for a branded product, but instead, I am left with a defective jar on day one and zero help from the company. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase an Inalsa product again. This experience has been a complete waste of money and time. Please think twice before buying this product — my personal experience has been terrible.

Super Silent, Single Button Operated, Heavy Duty, Doubt on Plastic Quality how long it will sustain, I have taken 2 yrs amazon warranty also let's see the response for 2 years and then again, I will review it because just now I have opened and its working very good.
