Decent quality black wallet with several compartments and zip pockets. There is plenty of space to store your photo ID, coins, cards and notes. Slim and compact design. It arrived in a well-presented box, ideal for gifting.

How often do you see an item that is listed as Leather and when you get it is cheap PU rubbish that will not last the day, it was the same with this, I saw that it was leather, and thought the price was cheap, for a proper leather wallet that can take cash, coin, cards etc, and be RFID compliant as well, I just assumed that I would be getting a cheap PU wallet.But I am happy to say that I was wrong, it is leather, and is extremely well made, it has space for 11 or 12 credit cards, 11 if you use the one with the window for a picture, two zippered area's one for a very small amount of coinage, the other to hide away notes or paperwork, there is three side panels for notes, and one that opens from the top to have notes as well, not that I have that many notes, LOL.the company logo and name are embossed on the bottom right corner of the wallet, and the wallet itself is very soft and pliable, it comes in a beautiful box with the Union Flag on the front, which I would have assumed it is made in Britain, and I hope it is, there is nothing on the box or the listing to say this, and at the price they are asking, I am thinking maybe not, but who knows....Over all I am really pleased with this it will get a lot of use, if not a lot of money gets to go in it.. LOL.So, on that basis I am very happy to recommend this wallet !

I was really excited to receive this wallet because it had everything what I was looking for. Now some people may not like how tall it is but I really love that. Now the good point it is made from leather but the leather is really soft. Now the bad points: too much packaging waste absolutely not needed that much. Even with all the protection the wallet had 2 defects (imperfections) see attached pictures but it has not had impact on it. Also the wallet because it is made from leather does stink really when I have opened it. Overall ok wallet but improvement is needed.Thank you

This is the third wallet that I have ordered from this supplier. Unlike some "leather" wallets, these are all genuine leather. With this particular wallet, the leather is not as good quality as the others. The leather is not as thick and has an artificial embossed grain.Again the manufacturing quality is also not as good. There were small patches of glue which were easily removed. What could not be removed was an indentation on the outside of the wallet. This appears to line up with a zipper on the inside. This suggests that the wallets are stacked on top of each other either in manufacturing or when packaged for transportation.The design of the wallet is good. Along with the notes compartments, there are many card slots and two zipped compartments. The wallet is attractively packaged, suitable for gifting. Despite my comments on the quality, I've still awarded 4 stars as it at under ten pounds it is a competitively priced for a leather wallet.I hope you found this review useful.If you have a question, I always try to respond when Amazon forwards them to me.

A really nice leather wallet in a lovely presentation case.A highly recommended product!

The wallet is made of leather, albeit a lower grade of leather, feeling soft but lumpy. The inner compartments have two zipped pockets, one of which is so small it is hard get a finger into retrieve any contents, so it is not clear what it would be used for.The stitching on the inside appears to have leaked some colour into the surrounding leather, it is not too noticeable but it is still a stain on a new item.The wallet is provided in a box with a union jack on it and 'J Wilson, London' in the centre, but the J Wilson website shows an old and defunct company.For the cost, it is unlikely that this item is produced in the UK, but it feels like the branding is slightly misleading.

Looks far more expensive than it is.

Most modern wallets tend to follow this minimalist approach. So it is always welcoming to see a more traditional style wallet. This one from J Wilson looks stylish and practical.The wallet comes in a giftable box and is nicely presented with mostly recyclable packaging. The wallet appears to be leather(possibly a leatherette) and feels soft and good quality. There are plenty of compartments for cards and zippable pocket for cash. The wallet is a little bigger than your typical wallet. But this at least gives a bit more space.A stylish wallet for a reasonable price that will make a great gift.
