I’ve been taking sea moss for about a month now. I’m always skeptical of what reviews say but I can honestly say my bloating is gone. I have a sensitive stomach and bloat really easily and I haven’t felt bloated in a while now. This stuff is awesome. Tastes great, has a bit thicker consistency of applesauce, like between jello and applesauce which is a little funny but for what it is I think tastes much better than expected. Came securely shut and just 2 tbps per day. Plus low in calories and sugar which I always love.

I was very skeptical.I am 71 and slowing downMy energy level has been steadily decreasing. So I thought I would give this a shot. I don’t know about it curing all of your ills. BUT I have definitely become more active and productive mentally and physically. This was not a sudden change. I think I really noticed it after about three jars of 2 tbsp/day.I have purchased six jars. They all came packaged well and in good condition. I like the fact that they are in glass jars instead of plastic. Glad it’s a gel. I am sick of pills.

This stuff has 1 smell and 2 tastes. I hope this makes sense but the smell is very dank. It reminds me of the moldy smell of my grandpa's flooded basement. No, it's not expired... its just probably the natural taste of the sea moss. You can smell and taste this darkness. I'm sorry because I know its made consciously and has a lot of health benefits but I'm not gonna lie about the taste just because it's healthy. I eat seasoned food, I don't play about the taste of things. Now, it has a second taste that you don't really smell. The 2nd taste is actually whatever it's flavored with. I got the blue raspberry one. I hold my nose while I eat it. If I see health results within a month, I may just keep buying it and hold my nose. Maybe I'll try another flavor. I'm sorry I couldn't be so positive but I only took off 1 star. I think this is generous considering the taste.

The raspberry/spirulina was by far the worst sea moss flavor I’ve tried. Nasty and lingers for hours no matter how hard you try to wash it down. The consistency was different than other sea moss brands I’ve tried. I wish I could return

First day of trying it it wasnt so good, But once I got used to it I enjoy it now and I see improvement in my health taking this product daily in the morning.

It Was probably one of the grossest tasting things I've ever had. Smelled like sea water and tasted worse. I'm sure there are benefits but I couldn't stomach the taste to finish it. Literally gagging
