The media could not be loaded. This laminator is so easy to use, pretty much plug n play.. It works great, much better than my previous laminator, I am so excited to have it, I can use it for all of my sons school stuff, & for our small business. We purchased the 3 mil, laminator pouches, It works for hot or cold laminating. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.. I could not be happier with the purchase, as far as the price goes, you get what you pay for... This is much better than the cheap one I previously owned.. I noticed that immediately.. Also the cord nicely wraps around the bottom of the machine, for easy storage, slides right back into the box, without cords going everywhere.

This is laminator is great! It is easy to use and super portable! It is awesome for office or personal use!The only thing to keep in mind when buying this item is that it does not come with sheets or pockets of laminate. From what I can see online, most other laminators do not come with laminate either, but I was assuming it would include them. But when I bought some to test the product it worked well!

When I first used the laminator, I had to try multiple times, to get it to turn on. Once on, I was able to laminate several pieces. A few hours later, I was unable to get it turned back on. I see that another customer had this exact issue, and posted it on the same day I received mine and had trouble. I have sent the seller a message, and will update this review, once I hear from them. Additionally, It would be nice to have a phone number for customer service, not just an email!

First I will write about what I like. I like the modern looking design, the nice carrying handle but that's about it. I was very disappointed when the edges of my project were all bent and crooked even though I made sure it went in evenly and nicely. I have no way of adjusting the temperature or knowing when it is too hot. The manual doesn't even tell you what the buttons are for and there is no mention of cold laminating. It doesn't mention the jam release switch either. There were also air bubbles in my projects that wouldn't go away even after putting it through the laminator again. I had a Xerox laminator for many years that worked great and I am still sad that I had to finally replace it. I wish I had done more research and bought a different one. Will have to see how the customer service is for this one. If that sucks, too, then I really regret buying this machine.

I really like this item, it was my first time laminating something and as the video said it came out pretty well besides a spot that looked like it had an air bubble, but that was probably an error on my part and not the machines. It was so simple to use, maybe like 4 steps I had to do?? Nothing complicated, and it took like 10 secs or so to finish the job. Super quick. Definitely recommend this laminator for anyone interested. I tried uploading a video, but for some reason it won't let me :/ So here are some photos from it!

When I first tried to use the laminator, I had significant difficulty getting it to turn om. Once it turned on, I was able to laminate several dozen sheets. Once I shut it off, I was unable to get it turned back on. However, once I contacted the seller and explained the problem, they immediately sent me a new laminator that has been working very well.

I am a teacher and it is helpful to have access to a laminating machine at home. Though I still use the one at school for large jobs this machine has done great on small ones. It laminates full sheets of paper and cards with ease. It is relatively compact and very simple to use.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!!! I have received two of these. The first one came in a box looking like it was ran over by the UPS truck, and worked like it was as well. With grinding and cracking noises and parts rattling around inside the case.It's replacement came in a pristine box, and worked worse than the first one. With small glass shards falling out of the machine. And ruining $80 vinyl decal I had just printed.Save your money and purchase a different product.
