What an amazing abs stimulator it’s look just like the models in the in the picture listing!This belt works really well and does exactly what it says. Charging the little pod is easy. It uses USB-C so that's a plug and go deal. Then just plug it to the snaps on the belt and it's ready.I just sprinkle a little water on my mid-section and wrap the belt around. It goes around easy and will stick right where you put it. I haven't had any trouble with it sliding down or becoming loose as I moved around while using it.The modes and intensity levels are very easy to adjust. I've used a basic mode so far but tried the others out. All are good. I haven't gone above 5 on the intensity level because I don't work out but i like the feel and the result i get. I don’t have any red skin or irritation or chafing.I think this belt is great. Can't wait to see the results after i get to use it for a while.

I’ve been using this EMS abs stimulator for about two weeks now, and I can honestly say I’m impressed. It’s not some overnight miracle, but it does give your core a solid workout, especially on days when I don’t have time to hit the gym. The muscle contractions feel weird at first, but you get used to it pretty quickly—and it actually feels kind of satisfying once you do.The device is easy to set up, the pads stick well, and the different intensity levels let you work your way up gradually. I usually use it after a quick cardio session while I’m watching TV or doing chores, and it feels like I’m getting in some extra toning work without much effort.Obviously, it’s not a replacement for a full workout and diet, but as a supplement to my routine, it’s been totally worth it. I had to return this product. The control unit was not strong enough to stimulate the ab muscles as claimed. I had been using another toning belt or several years --which requires gel pads, but had much stronger stimulation, but it stopped working, so I was trying to find a replacement. Unfortunately, this was not the right replacement for me. It was easier to use with just spritzing water on the pads, but just wasn't strong enough.

This ABS stimulator works miracle. It helps tighten your muscles and tone them. It has to be properly used in order to work properly. It has 9 different modes that you can choose according t o your need. I am enjoying it and will continue to use it.

I've tried several electronic muscle stimulators before, and compared to others, this one seems to have a calibration issue. The lowest setting on this EMS is more intense than I expected, feeling quite piercing, which made the experience more painful than productive. I made sure my skin was moist and the pads were properly adhered, yet the discomfort was significant enough to deter me from further use. While it does stimulate the muscles as promised, the pain factor is a major downside for me. Because of this, I can't really judge its long-term effectiveness since I won't be continuing with it.
