Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for Foot Pain, Hot/Cold Compression Sleeve Medium

I love it, super easy and flexible.m. I’m a size 8W and it can be stretched out if needed. Feel like a gel texture. It’s comfortable and covers your entire ankle, which I love. It doesn’t take long to get cold and honestly the direct contact feels so amazing on the pain and aches. Yes it’s cold but helps so much. Try using socks for more warmth. I’ve been going ice 30 mins remove freeze it and repeat a few times. Just my own routine. It doesn’t stay cold for long but good enough that’s why I do I a 30 min rotation. I haven’t used the heating element yet. I’m assuming it’ll be good too! Buy it and I pray y'all a fast recovery!

These are perfect! I highly recommend them. They slide on easily and provide a balance of coldness on each side of your foot & ankle and stay cold for approx. 20 minutes.

Love the sleeve and surrounding my ankle 360 degrees. Wish it stayed COLD a little longer but it does the trick (helps to cover it) but very happy with fit, convenience and would purchase again. The material stays flexible in the freezer, easy to put on/off. Much better than trying to balance/wrap an ice pack to the ankle. I wear a size 10 shoe with average ankles I would say. The L/XL is a little loose but still fits. Do not expect compression.

I have only used it the freezer, so I am not sure how it warms up. It freezes very quickly. It is SUPER cold at first but does warm up pretty fast. (That would maybe be the only small downside, it doesn't stay cold very long) Would be very useful for short/frequent icing times. I just had hardware put into my foot so that could be why I think it feels SO cold when I first put it on but its tolerable. It fits well and is comfortable. It isn't too snug, I think I got the medium/small? Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase so far. I read some reviews about it not asking long, I haven't had it for too long but will update if it isn't suitable for long term use.

Love this freeze and use. Works good easily slides on your foot . I tried it first time without a sock, but I found this to be much too cold. My advise put sock on first. Only negative thing it doesn’t stay cold for very long. In the long run it does the job well. I use it on and off a few times on an evening if I have been on my feet much during the day, also if I’m home in the day I use it a about two or three times.

TO BE CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING, I AM ONLY GIVING 3 STARS BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD QUALITY AND THE DESIGN ACTUALLY ACCOMODATES THE HEEL OF THE FOOT AND THEY STAY IN PLACE INSTEAD OF SLIDING DOWN. HOWEVER INSTEAD OF THE GEL PART THAT IS THE ICE PACK BEING ONE SOLID PIECE THAT GOEAS ALL THE WAY AROUND, THERE ARE GAPS ON EACH SIDE SHOWING THAT THEY USED 2 PIECES OF GEL TO MAKE IT. THATS NOT A HUGE NEGATIVE, BUT IF YOU'RE LIKE ME AND HAVE SIGNIFICANT PAIN IN THE SIDES OF YOUR FEET IT CAN BECOME RATHER ANNOYING. THE WORST PART ABOUT THESE AND THE MAIN REASON IM ONLY RATING 3 STARS IS BECAUSE, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE FREEZER FOR A WEEK OR LONGER AS SOON AS YOU TAKE THEM OUT YOU ARE ON THE CLOCK... ON AVERAGE THE LONGEST LENGTH OF TIME THEY'VE EVER ACTUALLY STAYED COLD WHEN I HAVE USED THEM IS 7 MINUTES AND 28 SECONDS (YES I TIMED IT) FOR ME THAT JUST AINT IT. I HAVE SEVERE NERVE DAMAGE AND IASUES WITH MY CIRCULATORY SYSTEM THAT CAUSE SWELLING AND EXTREME PAIN SO I NEED THE ICE PACK TO STAY COLD ENOUGH FOR A LONG ENOUGH PERIOD OF TIME THAT IT WILL NUMB THE AREA. THESE STAY COLD JUST LONG ENOUGH TO START PROVIDING RELIEF AND THEN THEY START GETTING WARM. I WILL SAY THOUGH, IF THAT ISSUE WAS RESOLVED THEY WOULD BE BASICALLY PERFECT AND AS THEY ARE NOW, THEY ARE GOOD FOR THINGS THAT CAN BE DEALT WITH IN A FEW MINUTES.

I used this product for my ankle and I mainly use it for warmth as I have ankle pains. It's a squishy gel silicone texture type slab, and theres two pieces. The cloth that wraps it basically holds it together like a uncrustable. Because the curve isn't very distinct, you can use it for a variety of purposes. It's big enough to be used for menstrual cramps, and as a hand warmer if you want to stick both your hands in. The only slight downside is the fact that there's a large seam. When you wear this the two slabs of thermal gel isn't fully fitting all yhe way to the edges of the seam so it's got an inch long gap vertically. However you don't really notice it. Other than that, after heating you can feel slight moisture but it shouldn't be an issue. There's a bit of a chemical smell from the but it's easily removed. The heat lasts roughly 30 minutes before it starts to cool. There's a slight weight, which is nice if you need some compression but it fits a little loosely on my ankle (I'm a women's 7 in shoes.) For the cost, it provides a whole lot more upsides than anything to really complain about.

Excellent for post op foot surgery or just after a long day on your feet! had foot surgery two weeks ago. I wasn’t able to use this over the large bandage so I just started using it yesterday. What a game changer! ice pack does an excellent job of reducing swelling I am an RN so usually I am on my feet all day, I am going to buy a second one so that I can cool both my tired, swollen feet after a day of work! The ice wrap cover is silky and soft. It slips right over your foot but it is not tight. It cools quickly and the effectiveness is really with the cost!

La compré para mi esposa y su fisioterapia, por una quíntuple fractura de tibia y peroné, en lugar de usar bolsas de gel o bolsa con hielos, esta tobillera se pone en el congelador y el gel que trae sigue flexible y abraza el tobillo completo, también se puede poner en el microondas si lo que requiere es calor. Dura mucho tiempo con ambas temperaturas. Recomendado al 100%.
