I’ve had this for a little over two weeks now and have been wearing it for about an hour a day, just as the instructions recommended for the first week. I can already tell a noticeable difference, which honestly surprised me this early on. At first, it felt a bit restrictive, and during those initial days, it wasn’t the most comfortable by the end of the hour. However, I expected that to be normal, as it is actively adjusting your posture, and now that I’m used to it, it feels much more comfortable. At this point, the hour passes smoothly without any discomfort. I’ve even noticed that after taking it off, I’m more aware of my posture throughout the day, which on its own is already making a positive difference.I usually wear this during my morning meetings with a sweater over top, and it’s not noticeable at all. This makes it really easy to wear consistently without any hassle. For reference, I’m 5’7” and weigh between 115 and 120 pounds. I ordered a size small, and it fits perfectly.The vest is simple to use, well made, and has quickly become part of my daily routine. If you’re considering trying it, I would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I both purchase one. This is very supportive, and it has the ability to adjust at many different points. I was hoping to be more consistent with this to provide a more in depth review. The instructions are very clear and even suggest the best way to incorporate this into your schedule. I like that. The waist band is stretchy and feels very durable. When wearing it, you realize the position your posture SHOULD be at, then when you remove it (if you've be wearing as per instruction) you tend to remind yourself to correct your posture. Actually, just writing this review is inspiring me to start wearing it on a regular basis

I bought this posture corrector for my girlfriend since she works in an office and spends over 6 hours a day sitting, which has been affecting her posture. It has great support, fits perfectly on the shoulders, and is not uncomfortable to wear. It also has very good size and adjustment control on the lower back. She started wearing it for 30–45 minutes a day or while driving, and it’s been working well

I bought this for back support, but an unexpected bonus? I breathe easier. With my chest more open, I’m not slouching into myself so much. It’s subtle but noticeable. I’ve worn it doing light stretches, even while folding laundry. Easy to put on, and it doesn’t slide around. Just be patient with it — the first few wears are more about learning how it fits you best.

Took me a couple of tries to get the straps adjusted right, but once I did, this thing is really comfortable. Gives just enough pull to correct my posture without making it hard to breathe. Use it an hour a day and my back already feels better.

This, as well as the other back alignment brace I have tends to ride up the back even with the waist straps tightened. It takes some adjusting after wearing it, especially if you are moving around; you may have to adjust the straps again and again. I do enjoy the extra padding in the shoulder straps, it’s more comfortable than my other one and supports the spine which helps with my back pain. Overall great quality, but not sure if it will hold up for long. Highly recommend if you are suffering from spine or even rib flare., I think this will certainly help you.

I’ll be honest — I thought this would “fix” my slouch instantly. It doesn’t. What it does do is gently remind you to stop slouching and support your posture while you go about your day. I wear it while reading or on the computer. The fabric’s breathable enough, and the size options were helpful. Would recommend if you’re committed to wearing it consistently.
