DEWALT 20V* Lithium-ion Battery Powered Backpack (Tool Only), 4 Gallons

I was initially skeptical about the price of this sprayer, but since I already owned a DeWalt drill battery, I decided to give it a try. Having used both 2-gallon and 4-gallon manual pump backpack sprayers in the past, I can say there is simply no comparison; this electric sprayer is a game changer. What normally takes me 45 minutes to complete was finished in about 15 minutes. The efficiency is incredible, as I no longer have to stop and pump every few minutes. While it has the weight you would expect from a 4-gallon backpack, it is manageable, and I found that filling it with 2 gallons was plenty for my needs. For those who prefer not to carry it, some companies make wheeled trolleys to pull the unit behind you. The unit is very quiet, features 10 spray settings, and produces an excellent spray pattern that can reach long distances. The build quality is sturdy, and the shoulder harness is extremely comfortable. I used a small 1.5 Ah battery to spray around my house, pool, deck, and pavilion, and it still showed a full charge when I was finished. I am so impressed that I am getting rid of my manual sprayers. If you are looking to upgrade your equipment (Man Card), I HIGHLY recommend this DeWalt sprayer. 10 stars.

I had Dewalt 20v batteries from having Dewalt tools. So I thought I'd give this 4 gallon sprayer a try. Love it! No more pumping the sprayer. I can spray my entire property within 10 minutes easily with a heavy spray. It is very well made too. Battery life was still on full when I finished. So the unit is very efficient.

This is a great sprayer. Easy to assemble, amazing battery life. No comparison to the small hand pump sprayers or the large backpack hand pump sprayers. Very comfortable to wear. Easy to clean and store. Looks like it should last for quite some time.

Tested this tool for the first time today spraying 5 gallons (2 batches) of dormant oil spray and oil spray + copper in my orchard. The spray is powerful enough to reach my tallest trees (about 25 ft), and can also be adjusted to a fine spray that coats leaves and small branches well. No leaks in any fittings, nor even the filling cap because it has a one-way valve to let air in. I needed to lean a bit to the left and forward as it got down to the last 1/4 gallon, but the tank sprayed out everything out but about a cup-full of spray. Easy to clean and after putting it away, my 5 amp-hour battery still had a full charge. Not too heavy, and the shoulder and waist straps are well made and comfortable. The power control and on/off are ease to reach with it on my back. Time will tell how it holds up.

Works great - quite heavy when loaded with chemical and a bit of a challenge to get on.

Most unbelievable piece of equipment I have ever purchased. Looks like it is built to military specs. Strong spray, long battery life, good results. Go buy one now!

Totally worth it. I have discovered that soapy water kills wasps. I have been using a hand pump sprayer for a while. This was a game changer for me on the farm. The battery lasts for several tanks of spraying also. Fits comfortably, easy to fill and use. Great distance with the beam nozzle. Excellent product
