I’ve tried a few infrared sauna blankets before, but I always felt a bit uneasy about the EMF exposure. This one gave me peace of mind and an amazing sweat session. It heats up quickly, evenly distributes warmth, and I love that there’s no weird smell like some other blankets have. After about 30 minutes, I’m drenched — in the best way possible. I initially got this because it was zero EMF and that was important to me. And I love it. This is so easy to figure out. It’s really intuitive and roomy once you’re zipped inside, width and length. I love that there’s such a broad range for the temperature settings so I can control how much sweat inside and my comfort. The arm holes are positioned nicely enough that you don’t lose heat even if you do other things while you’re having some sauna time.

Looks & feels amazing

I got this sauna blanket as a little treat for myself and honestly, it’s one of the best things I’ve bought for my health. It’s really well made—sturdy zipper, durable material, and plenty of space to move around so I don’t feel trapped or uncomfortable.The remote is super easy to use, and I like that I can adjust the heat and time settings depending on how I feel. I usually lay on a beach towel and throw another one over me for extra comfort and easy cleanup.One of the main reasons I picked this one over others is because it’s low EMF, which a lot of brands don’t have. That was really important to me since I wanted all the benefits without the extra exposure.I always feel amazing after using it! My back pain eases up, little aches just go away, and I can actually feel my body unwinding. Plus, I love that I’m sweating out toxins and burning some calories at the same time.Just make sure to drink a lot of water before and after! Definitely worth it.

Sure no EMF, but there’s so toxic smells coming out when you use it

I went back and forth on getting a sauna blanket because I wasn’t sure if it would actually do anything… but after using this one for several days, I can say it definitely works. First session, I was sweating in less than 15 minutes. By the third or fourth time, I started feeling looser after workouts, and now it’s just part of my routine. Didn’t expect to like it this much, but it’s been a solid purchase.PROS- Zero or suuuuper low EMF. Checked with a meter, got almost zero for mG and uT. The only reading was a reasonable V/m, which is inevitable since it’s an electronic device plugged into a power outlet. I know not everyone cares about this, but if you do, this one’s solid.- Gets hot fast. Takes maybe 5-10 min to warm up, and by 15 min, I’m already sweating. The highest setting is intense, so I usually keep it mid-range.- Great for muscle recovery. Got this mostly for post-workout soreness, and yes… I notice a difference.- Actually comfortable to use. Didn’t think I’d care about this, but lying in it doesn’t feel restrictive like I expected. The material doesn’t stick to my skin even when I sweat, and I can move around a bit without feeling trapped.- Folds up easily and doesn’t take up much space. I just store it in my closet when I’m not using it.CONS- Not a dealbreaker, but you’ll have to clean it after each use (like all sauna blankets). You sweat a lot in this thing…. Best way to deal with it is wiping it down right after or just laying a towel inside before using it. I’ve been doing the towel trick, and it makes cleanup way easier.- Takes a bit of trial and error with the heat settings. First couple of sessions, I wasn’t sure what temp to use. The highest setting is intense, so I had to adjust a few times to find what worked best for me.If you’re on the fence about getting one, I’d say go for it. I’ve been using it regularly, and it does exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but so far... really happy with it!

Don't buy this blanket if you are looking for zero or even LOW EMF. Low EMF is hard to do. Even Bon Charge, who specializes in low and zero EMF products, only claims to sell a low EMF sauna blanket, and theirs has to be more expensive because of it."ZERO EMF" is a bald-faced lie. All sauna blankets will have some EMF. There are plenty of other sauna blankets on Amazon-go with a company that isn't so blatant in their lying.

I absolutely love this Sauna Blanket! It’s super easy to use, heats up quickly, and fits perfectly on a bed. I love feeling rejuvenated and how my skin looks and feels. A fantastic wellness investment!
