Bad product and zero support from MuscleGrid
The media could not be loaded. for 5.7KWh backup, it consistently provides less than 2KWh or around 69% according to its app. Our typical load includes one desktop computer, eight laptops, four LED tube lights (20W each), and two fans, totaling a load of 400-700W. The battery shuts down automatically when its voltage drops to around 46.9V, while the inverter's battery cut-out voltage is set at 40V by default. When fully charged, the battery voltage reaches 55V, but drops instantly to around 49.9V when the power goes off.Since January 2024, we have lodged multiple complaints about these issues with MuscleGrid, but as of July 29, 2024, we have received zero support from them. Despite assurances to help whenever we call, they have never followed up with us.
