Biona Organic White Spelt Fusilli is sourced from one of the oldest cultivated grains and an ancient cousin of wheat, spelt. Spelt is high in fibre, has a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat and although not gluten free, is often tolerated by some people with wheat allergies. So I just hope I can continue to get it from wherever. Great product

Deliciously digestible
Because of my gluten sensitivities, I have been trying to find a pasta alternative. I've tried several (corn, rice, quinoa) that I did not like. Since I can tolerate my homemade spelt bread, I decided to try spelt pasta. This product is a deliciously digestible alternative for me. The cost is a bit prohibitive so I still cook regular pasta for my husband who does not have gluten issues, but I loved the fusilli and I'm going on to try the penne and spaghetti.

White spelt pasta is the only pasta l will eat!!!
Love this pasta!!!! l always make some kind of sauce for this pasta but actually its good with out anything on it at all.. Fabulous flavor and l never feel stuffed even if l eat more than l should....

Pictures can deceive the eyes
Biona Organic - Spelt Pasta White stated the word white. This Is the right description but I looked at the picture which looked brown. But it is white. I will not buy again because I prefer the brown - whole grain type - unbleached type. But my bad for buying it as the description said it all.
