This sleeve is not like other sleeves. I should know. I’ve gone through most of them. I have flat feet and a sub taler joint fusion (with a side of occasional planter fasciitis) - which basically means I’ve got swelling and pain. Other sleeves were either too constricting or too loose or not in the right location. There are many bones in the foot and many Different problems. THIS sleeve is like a second skin. It’s multi directional compression means that it works everywhere on the foot, the same all the time. It has medium to strong compression which is great for injuries. It is comfortable enough to wear to prevent injuries when playing sports (or just walking around like I get mine). The KEY is to measure it properly first. Go order a flexible tape measure- They are cheap. The correct fit on these sleeves will be priceless. If it fits, it works! If you got one that doesn’t fit, don’t give up, just get a better size for you because this one is a dream come true! I already ordered more. Because I will always have a bad ankle, but won’t always have this sleeve available. (It also works underneath splints- which helped me a lot at initial injury- when splints alone aren’t enough). Put your regular sock over it and put your shoe on. It’s thin enough to not cause issues or discomfort. Whoever took the time to make these properly gets my vote for the Nobel pain free prize!

Love the support it gives to my knee and ankle. I broke my leg 4 months ago and this have been helping me in my way back to full recovery! Great product!!!

Very happyI'm currently recovering from an extensive ankle injury... 7 screws, plates, torn tendons etc.Having been weening myself off/out of my walking cast over the last couple of weeks, I am in need of an stability aid when wearing normal shoes.So far, this has been outstanding. It's tight enough to stay secure and provide the necessary stability, while thin enough to wear with dress shoes. The quality is outstanding.08/27/17Update. Since my first review, I've worn these EVERY day. In fact, I can count 3 times walking without them. Even after repeated washing, and use during all types of exercise (hiking, cycling walking) I can say with confidence they work. Worth nothing, I'm using the same original two in rotation all the time.

I was suffering from joint problems but after using this product. I feel safe and comfortable. Exercise performance improved significantly. It is soft and allows air to enter the area covered. There are no annoying odors. very lite

This is the second pair of PowerLix support socks I have bought for my husband for help with his Achilles tendon pain. He was almost crippled and was hobbling around like an old man until these socks arrived. They have given him enough support that he was immediately able to walk almost normally again and also appear to have contributed to a speedier healing process. The socks are well made and my husband says they are very comfortable. I would consider buying two pairs so you can wash one set but always have a pair available for wearing.

Great ankle brace. I've tried a lot since I run and get ankle injuries frequently and this one works the best for everyday use. It gives great support, is easy on and off and is comfortable to wear. It's not flimsy but it is not so thick that I can't wear it for a run which is what I really bought it for. The material is giving but very supportive. There are two in a pack so you really get your moneys worth.

I could not be more disappointed, and I'm disappointed I have to say so. I have a year-old achilles tendon problem - I've worked with PT, dry needling, hot & cold therapy, a professional hockey team doctor, and still am gimping around - and I also have mild plantar fasciitis. So I was excited to find this product, and all the reviews made it look so attractive. I measured, confirmed on the web I measured appropriately. I ordered the product, it arrived promptly. No instructions; the product arrived in a ziplock bag in the box. Uh, OK, well, I can use the web for that - so I looked up the pictures on Amazon to make sure I was wearing it correctly. The one day I wore it for 2.5 hours, my plantar fascilits was the worst it's been in months. I had to ice it four times to finally be able to sleep that night.So when "Jennifer" sent her email message about how "they're a small company depending on feedback," and if I had any questions to be sure and ask, I responded in email with the problem I was having. No response. When she sent her second message asking for feedback, and saying they were always there if I had ANY questions (except apparently mine?) I realized she was a bot. No wonder there are so many people posting feedback and saying this product rocks. Well, it may rock for a lot of people, but sadly not for me. It didn't offer support for my Achilles - I've got better support from other products (that also didn't help me, sadly) - and it made my heel hurt more. It also was much too tight on my leg.Worst of all, they claimed they would be responsive to any questions, and they weren't. Really unhappy. Not real clear what that 6 month warranty does for me, since there's no documentation in the package, but it's sure not customer satisfaction. I'm sure my review doesn't really stand up against the 650 happy customers, but I'm super bummed. And I'd love to have a chat with "Jennifer" about what the customer satisfaction warranty covers.UPDATE: Received response from company after posting this feedback. I re-sent my original email describing the issues I had, and received a response from the vendor offering to send me free a different size, which I rejected, then a refund if I removed this feedback, which I wasn't comfortable with, then a partial refund as Amazon would not allow a full refund - they charge a return fee? - and the vendor said it was out of their hands. Contacted Amazon Customer Service directly at the vendor's suggestion and was provided with a full refund.

The delivery was super quick and the fact that there are two compression sleeves, a real bonus. I like the fact that they are more like socks than the usual white compression supports I have bought before and do not have a hole under the heel. When there is a heel hole there is another seam to rub and make you sore. These are very strong, soft and discreet, looking like ankle socks rather than support. A much better look for my dance/fitness classes.Only teeny niggle was the postage which I thought was a bit high but they were despatched immediately. My ankle was really sore when they arrived so I promptly donned one and immediately felt the benefit.
