"Malabar Gold & Diamonds 22k (916) BIS hallmark Yellow Gold Bangle for Women, Kangan" Product is mentioned as "For Women", but this turned out to be a product for 1 year old baby. I tried to reach out to Amazon.in customer service via phone and was told to work with the seller, but seller is asking me to send this product via courier to Mumbai address, (I must say that being such a big company) Malabar team is not aware that gold jewellery cannot be mailed via courier service, I am saying this because two of the courier service companies have refused to take this product as this has jewellery.After working with different agents, their Supervisors and one very senior person, I have not received proper assistance. If you can see the chats Malabar Team is continuously denying to get this product picked and now they are asking that we cannot do anything and work with Amazon.in Team. Product description says that you can return to Malabar stores as well, so I went there as well, but they are asking to buy a different product which is OK for me, BUT they will not include the making charge which is almost 20% of the product cost. (5200 INR of of 25000, they will deduct, leaving 20000 and again I have to pay making cost for new product), which is completely unacceptable. I was also told by one of the Supervisors during one of the calls that if Malabar Team is not sending anyone then, we we will get this product picked. But now they have refused.This has turned out to be a nightmare experience with Amazon and Malabar, No response from Amazon Seller Support. Seems like they are only supporting the seller.
