This camera did not come with clear instructions and took almost a day of research to set up the cameras. Once it was installed and turned on, it was fairly straightforward from there to test out the video quality and recording. The video quality is decent and it catches most angles. The quality of the device is mixed. Some of the buttons get stuck easily and sometimes need a double click to function as expected. Other than that, we were able to get night-vision working and check that videos were getting saved down, which is what we needed this to do.

Clear pictures but the rear camera MUST be installed by professional. Unless it is plugged in, the dash came will shut down with 1 min of recording. It's supposed to be wireless.

I will start by saying that you will need to have some amount of technical knowledge to set this up because the instructions are not good at all ,they aren't clear in terms of what to do ,they aren't complete it almost seems like they miss some steps ,I figured out how to use it but it took quite sometime and I did need help from my son to help me understand some of these features and that wasn't because I'm not familiar with the features but because there was no explanation involved on how to engage them and use them ,the dash cam itself is made nicely and feels good to the touch ,the camera image is mediocre but it's good enough for its purpose ,this is a video camera and it gets the job done ,it will do everything it says in terms of go on automatically when in sleep mode ( this is not something I need but it works ) and to have the rear view camera work you will have to be knowledgeable on how to remove interior trim pieces and route wires,it's an option I chose not to use because of the extensive install that's required and I am using this on a leased car so I'm a bit hesitant to start peeling the interior apart ,overall if the instructions were more clear and the use of operation was easy I would have rated this higher

I really love this little set up for my car. The cameras were super easy to install and the recording feature is awesome for keeping track of what happens in traffic (or as evidence for adjudicating wars between backseat gremlins). The only problem was the directions it came with were in very tiny print and not in English, so if you're not a super techie person I would go online and watch a video tutorial. Overall four stars.

I bench tested before installing in my vehicle and did not find it workable so did not install. I do not plan to use this.Pros:I liked having adjustable directional cameras attached for side views.Cons:No WIFI ability for phoneWas only able to get rear camera to work sometimes. Maybe a loose wire connection. Followeddirections many times to try and get it to work.Menu buttons appear to be low quality and directions are very confusing.Camera keeps turning off while trying to program unit.Night vision appears to work on side cameras only.Getting the camera set up was not easy and I finally gave up.I would not recommend this product.

I got it is because I have seen many recorded accidents online where had there not been a camera present, it would have been a "he said, she said" situation in a vehicle accident.This camera will show exactly what happened.I love that it can record rear view and front view.I can also have it record when I'm not in the car, which comes in handy if something is happening in a parking lot while I am in a store.There is a night-vision feature and the ability to lock a video recording that I wish to save without it accidentally getting recorded over.This is an important feature in the case of an accident, so I can send it to the insurance company, show it to authorities, etc.As a side note, I love watching videos on social media of crazy things people's cameras record while they are driving. I am hoping to get something fun to post someday!I recommend this camera!
