Works as described. Brought my FG to 1.002 (OG 1.066). I just mixed it with warm water and added to fermentor. Made for a insanely vigorous fermentation. Used almost 3 gallons of head space. I will buy again.

Used full packet to fermenter in Brut IPA bear end of active of fermentation. Final gravity was 1.000 SG . Sachrest At 146 F. 10gal batch 5gal got the enzyme and 5gal did not. Control beer finished at 1.005
